Import very slow!!

Hi my importing hands is workin so fuckin slow, also this affects my hud and doesn´t appear at the tables and when it does it doesn´t have a real time actualization of the hud stats why is this! Ive already try to import hands from disk and then run the while i play but nothing. Please help! i cant play without the hud!

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Me too problem. Import hands very very slow. No real time hud. Problem for tag hands for review... in 4.11 version, run perfectly.

Then please follow kraada's directions - as far as I'm aware no one else has reported this type of problem in v4.12.
