Embedded Videos

Postby Gabesaurus » Thu Apr 09, 2015 3:31 pm

Hi,

When I click on the (?) button to watch an embedded video, the video box comes up and a message appears within it saying “Popup Blocked”.

Any idea how to rememdy this?

You need to update to the most recent version of Java - this is an OS X security feature to block older versions of Java which may present security risks.

No security other than a firewall that came with Mac Air.
Also, I made a mistake saying it was ‘blocked pop up’ it’s blocked ‘plug in'

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. The log will contain the exact version of Java you have installed and we can use it to confirm everything is installed properly for you.
