poker tracker 4 not getting hands

Since recently poker tracker 4 is not working anymore. When i click on "get hands while playing", it usually waits some seconds then come back to normal, ignoring my command. I had to ask a lot of time (leading me to some very bad mood over my mac). I thought at 1st, it was due to the Yosemite upgrade which brings a lot of RAM problem, which are not all solved for me, despites very good customer service on the phone. But my Mac is quite sane except for that dumb Yosemite problem.
Now i simply never cannot gets hand while playing from Pokerstars. I cannot have a HUD on PS.
I can get it from betsafe (ongame), but even there it aks me many times to "get hands while playing".

I tried to desinstall PT4 and reinstall it. I use it on main desk (not desk 2+, refering to mission control problem). The software are installed in english, the hand histories is asked........Nothing helps.
Please help me with this issue. Why is PT4 not responding anymore on my mac ?


Also:
I use bootcamp to have windows on my mac, which is much better for poker. But i must use mac for Betsafe soft (which appear too little in windows-bootcamp), su i want to be able to play PS a t the same time.
So my question is: why the HUD appear so BIG on windows-bootcamp ? any idea?

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
