Crashing since update

After reverting to 4.13.1 I'm having similar problems still. When I hit "stop getting hands" it freezes for a long time. I thought it was permanently frozen but after a few minutes it unfroze as I was typing this. I'm going to try to send the log file again.

Thanks, we'll need the logs to diagnose the problem. If they're bigger than 5M you'll need to zip them in order for them to attach.

When i klick get hands while playing pt4 is importing 1 Hand every 2-3 minutes? (hud not working)
any ideas?

Try going into Database -> Database Management and running Housekeeping -> Reindex and that might get things working for you.

I have the same problem as paaat and doing "Reindex" does not change anything.

Any progress on this?

I am using 4.13.3 on OS X 10.10.3, and imported hand histories are not being moved to the 'Processed' folder. This results in duplicate imports on the second attempt, causing the import thread to hang indefinitely. If I move the files manually it works.

So it appears there are two problems: imported files are not being moved, and reimporting files causes a hang.

I hope someone there is working on a solution to this.
