Hiya,
How can I see how many times I won or lost with AA over a set time or sample?
Can I also see how many bb’s won or lost.

You can either filter for holding AA (Filters Guide - hole cards are in the Hand Values > Hole Cards Range Selection section - or you can use the Summary > Group by Starting Hands (Holdem) report to see stats for each starting hand. If the stat you want to see isn't in the report by default you can add it by right clicking the report and choosing Configure Report.
