PT4 on Mac for wsop

downloaded trial version for Mac and for some reason it wont pick up my WSOP name or 888 for that matter. i play more on wsop so i only want to configure it to that name. is there anyone who can help and or walk me through setting this up. thank you

To get PokerTracker 4 configured on WSOP/888 please follow this guide to make sure that you have everything setup correctly.
