888 Poker Nitro’s issue

Hi, there.

For some reason some of my tournaments aren’t being imported, specifically the $5 Nitro tournaments on 888 poker. The tourneys I lose for them are coming through but not when I cash and is really frustrating.

Was wondering if anyone else had the same issue and/or had a way to rectify the problem.

Please attach the original hand history and tournament summary files to a Support Ticket so that we can see why your wins aren't imported and get that fixed.
