888 swap poker no HUD?

Hi

A fellow of PokerStrategy.fr has the problem that his hands are imported, however no HUD is shown:

Is that a fact? or a problem which will be resolved?

888 do not allow Huds at their Snap cash tables, and PokerTracker complies with all supported sites' terms.
