PLEASE! Hands getting is OK but No HUD data on MTT table.

I just download the PT4 4.14.15 version of the trial from the official website.
Installation is very smooth, set all basically in accordance with the requirements set, I has already been set record keeping in pokerstars.
As the pictures shown, most of the default settings are checked. But whenever I start PS first, or to start the pT4 first, or through the pT4 launch PS, all table shows no HUD data. (I only play MTT)
Would someone like to help me? thank you！ In addition, the trial version of PT4 should also be fully functional right?

Do you have PokerStars set to Play in English as well as just saving hand histories in English? That is required for the HUD to work on tournament tables.
