Importing hands not working / hud not launching

Hi

last night i changed my hud around around and improved it, importing a couple of custom features. I tried launching the hud and tyring ti last night and it worked perfectly.

I woke up today, changed a couple of more things and began to start a session. One hud worked on one 888 table, but no stars/party/winamax tables worked.

I checked auto import and it didnt work, nothing was loading. I immediately downloaded the newest version, again, didnt work.

I tried restarting the computer a number of times and pt4/stars a lot but nothing happened to improve it.

With wcoop on right now, having a failed pt4 instead of hem is literally costing me thousands of dollars.

Any suggestions what could be going wrong here?

I can't say for certain without seeing a log file. If you create a new database and set it to be Active (Database > Database Management) does that work OK? If so it sounds as if your database needs some maintenance after your alterations. Go to Database > Database Management, select your main database and click Rebuild Cache > Full Cache Rebuild. This will take some time if you have a large database so you should run it when you're not using PT4 for a while (such as overnight maybe). Make sure that your computer does not power itself off or go to sleep while it's running or you will need to run it again from the start. If you have any further trouble please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.
