Problem after updating

Hi:



After updating , the “PokerTracker 4” icon stays on the desktop … I can’t seem to move it elsewhere… ( only short-cut moves )

How do I do this ???

If you have your Mac set to automatically arrange your icons then you will need to turn that option off to move them. To change your desktop view options, click the desktop, and then choose "View > Show View Options" from the menu bar.

I don't think that is the problem. I can move the Pokertracker 4 icon freely on the desktop , just not off the desktop ... When I attempt to move it to some folder, only a short-cut gets pasted...

If I attempt to move the icon to trash can, I can not while the program is running.

If I close the problem and move that icon to trash, then reinstallation will be required.

Does the same thing happen if you try to move it inside your Applications folder?

It seems wherever I ran the installation 4.14.21 ... There is "PokerTracker 4" icon placed on the desktop.

I can not move it ... only short-cut gets moved.

I have not seen any other similar reports and I am not that familiar with Mac OSX so please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so one of our Mac technicians can assist you with this.
