PT4 Start to lag after start Hand Import in Mac

Hi! Recently Ive bough a Macbook pro 2015, retina display, i5 2.3Gz, 8GB Ram.
?
Ive installed PT4, and everything was fine till I started importing hands. When the Hud in on the table, the table gets very laggy, even with only one.

I use Coffe HU hud.

Is the problem from my computer that hasnt enought power to use PT4? or maybe its some configuration that I need to change?
