Popup stats not working correctly

Hi,

I have migrated from Windows to OS X and setup PT4 onto the new machine however, the HUD pops contain no data; each stat implies zero opportunities for the event to occur and as such are represented by a dashes. The weird thing is that if I hover the mouse over one of these dashes, the "This Session" data appears in the yellow info popup. The problem is only affecting Villain popups; the HUD is fully functional on the PT4 replayer.

Any ideas?

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
