can't get ACR up and running

I can't seem to get winning up and running --- I have done everything I thought I could - I moved it from different folders (from downloads to documents) but to no avail.

Ditto. Hud isn't working on ACR. Can't manually import the hand histories either.

I also couldn't get it working on the Windows side either.

The Winning Poker Network has updated to a brand new client with a different format of hand histories and the development team are working to add support for this. I don't know exactly when it will be available but if you want to be contacted when it's ready please open a Support Ticket.
