Hand history not displaying

Hello,

I am using Pokertracker 4 and playing on 888Poker micro stakes. PT seems to collect hand history as the data goes into the database(looked at tables `cash_hand_summary`, `cash_hand_histories`), but the individual hands are not displayed in PT. I can see high level metrics but not the individual hands. I already tried recreating the database, reinstalling PT and 888Poker.

You currently have '5 Tags Selected' so you need to deselect them by clicking on that dropdown and unchecking all 5 active tags (the ones with the black checkmark)
