Cannot grand screen recording permissions

Hello,

I set-up a new Mac from a Time Machine backup from another Mac.
I had to do a bit of magic to restore the Postgres DB but I got that covered now.

Problem now is that my poker tracker has not screen recording granted. And when going to the preferences, I do not have it in the list: https://imgur.com/I12KsTD
