Error: Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PokerT

I configured my iMac to connect to the database on my MacBook. It connects fine and appears to be working when I look in the database setting. However I get this error message as soon as I start importing, I checked the settings on my site import settings multiple times, I don't get it what's going on. Any ideas?

Unfortunately your title was cut off so I can't see the full message, but please run PT4 with logging enabled (hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging) and attach your log file to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
