Cant see hand history Pstars Zoom

I cant see any hand histories unless i tag during play. I have no filters on. Cant see in Play Poker or View stats.I have correct alias selected. Downloaded the lastest version. Play Zoom on Stars. Use a Mac. ant ideas??

If you are only seeing the hands in your reports when you have tagged them then you likely have active tags in your hand report. In hand reports there is a checkbox labeled 'Show Marked Hands Only' and a drop down for tagging. Make certain that 'Show Marked Hands Only' is unchecked and that the drop down says 'No Tags Selected' by unchecking any checked tags:
