No HUD at new tables

Hello,

i have two little problems and i hope you can help me. Btw, i still use the 30 day free trial, if that is somehow important in that matter.
First problem is, when i have lets say 6 tables open and i launch the PT4 HUD by pressing „get hands while playing“ the hud appears on those tables. But as soon i open further tables, PT4 somehow ignores these. But when i repress the button „stop getting hands“ and press again „get hands while playing, the HUDs appear, but that’s a bit annoying.

Second question would be if i somehow can move the single HUD stats and save their positions?

What site are you playing at? The HUD should automatically pick up new tables.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Something isn't right and we'll have a lot better idea what once we can see your logs.

I have exactly the same problem. Going to do what you suggested now kraada.

I solved this problem with sharing all mac files with windows but i don't really wanna do that. What folders do i have to share with windows in order to get proper import besides the folder I save HHs ? Or is there any other way to fix this ?

I ınstalled pt4 under mac and pokerstars under win with parallels.

Try sharing the Applications folder (or at least the PokerTracker 4 application) and see if that is enough.

hey krada having the same issue on carbon not exactly sure how to fix this. hud pops up initially but isnt taking in new info, only tables that pop up are those that were initially up when i pressed “get hands while playing"

Can you tell us what system you're running on? This thread seems to be about two separate setups - the first was probably Mac only but the second seems to have been while running Windows on a Mac, and they are very different issues.
