WSOP NJ Setup

I am also trying to set up WSOP NJ and I clicked the save hand history and it saves it to a folder WSOP.com NJ.app/Contents/Resources/HandHistory however when I try to configure under PT I get 888 Poker does not appear to be installed and the same "unable to locate Pacific directories" when I click Auto Detect.

How can I get these uploaded and sorted into my PT?

The hand history path for WSOP in NJ should be detected - the path you posted is included in our config so that should be working.
If you're not using our latest version v4.11.11 please update. PT4 Download Page

If it still doesn't detect the path please let us know. If the path isn't exactly what you pasted before please tell us what it is so that we can add it to the config.

Ok, it detected the folder and I opened the WSOP site but I didn't get the HUD display yet after about 5 hands - and I don't see anything under import status - will it only come through after i finish the game? a bit confused here - i mean I configured for 888 cause I didn't see WSOP but I am playing on WSOP NJ

i have hands in the hand history folder but it's not appearing on any HUD?

Configuring for 888 is correct. Do you now see the correct hand history path in Configure > Sites & Import Options > 888?
Make sure that 'Get hands from site while playing' is ticked too, and click 'Get Hands While Playing' in the Play Poker section. Only once hands are importing will the Hud appear.

If hands still aren't importing please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.
Please also include a screenshot showing the actual hand history path in Finder.

I am trying to setup Poker Tracker to work with the WSOP NJ site....in WSOP, I have gone to settings, game settings, and checked the box to save my hand histories....it shows a directory on the C Drive of my computer...which I've verified exists....I then went into PT4 and used the auto detect for the 888 site - and it finds this directory on my C drive...but nothing imports...when I go onto PT4 , it doesn't even show my user ID that is being used on WSOP NJ....I can't tell if the problem is that Hand Histories aren't going to the file on my hard drive...or if PT4 isn't retrieving them....I've looked at this thread and I think everything is set up as noted on here...any thoughts ?....

Have you played any hands yet? Until you play there won't be any hand histories for PT4 to import.

If no hand history files are recognized and nothing imports as you play, have a look at the folder where the hand histories are supposed to be written and see if there are any hand history files?

I just uninstalled/reinstalled WSOPnj. I changed settings within the client to enable saving hand histories. Hand histories are not being saved, even though everything looks as it did before I uninstalled/reinstalled. I ran the configure site/import wizard on PT4 and still nothing.

Nevermind. After restarting the client hand histories started being saved.
