HUD disappears after Space change

-i reset os x again. PS, PT and some little software installed. Worked perfect for a day. Then mirrored my mac via airplay to my apple tv - since then it disappears again (coincidence ?)
-if i have a popup of the hud open(not a table popup) and switch away and back to it, the hud stays (like 9 out of 10 times). For that reason I made a small popup that i will have always open. Its not perfect - but it works mostly. Its the "switcher" you can see in chat area. Its attached to the sample size since I dont need any other popup there.

that would be great if i can help by providing any logs or remote access, I wouldnt have a problem with it. However, the popup workaround works good enough for me to be fine with it for now
