hello everybody
i have the same problem; i just downloaded the new version of PT4 and i’ve this error message about TOS violation when I open the Equity Calculator.
What is wrong ? what must i do ?

In order to use the equity calculator you need to close PokerStars and Full Tilt software - this is because the sites' terms don't allow it's use (and some other functionality) while their software is running.
