pokerstars not importing

That sounds like it should work. Do you see any errors when you click Get Hands While Playing on the Play Poker page? If so, what do they say? If you don't see any, try looking at the View Import Status report as that might have errors you can't see otherwise.

hey guys,

really sad that this is still not working.
little update. i just did a manual import from disc and it did import the NL hands zoom. no plo zoom and no plo8 limit was found/importet even though they are in same folder.

Please send us copies of the hands that are not working via our support system so that we can investigate further for you.

i have an related problem with importin hands from pokerstars. Unfortunately i had also not english as language at pokerstars and
now i get, while trying to import my played hands at ps, these errors for most (98%) of my hands:

Error: PokerStars: Encountered unexpected end of hand history
Error: Unrecognized file format: TS20160313 T1498479909 No Limit Hold'em

i hope that there is an solution to get these hands into PT4?

Enable logging via "Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled". Next restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system along with your PokerTracker4.log file and hand history file so that we can investigate for you.
