Downloaded PT4 update, now it won't open

If you are seeing "preferences, site configuration, tournaments, and accounts configuration" then that means after clicking 'Configure' you selected 'Sites & Import Options' (which is at the top of the list). After clicking 'Configure' you need to hover your mouse over the 'Options' menu item (which is at the bottom) to enable logging.
