Basic_string error when importing Playing History Audit

Hi,

Some of the tournaments I play are played on the iOS app of PokerStars. When I try to import these hands (Playing History Audit) on PT4 on my mac, I get the following error:

How can I fix this?

A PokerStars audit file doesn't contain any information about each individual hand you have played. If you want to import those hands into PokerTracker 4 you need to instead request copies of the actual hand histories from PokerStars.

Hand history would be nice, but I actually want to import my tournament history.

That guide doesn't apply if you want to import hands you have played on a mobile device nor will it work for trying to import tournaments in isolation without any of those hands/tournaments already existing in your PokerTracker 4 database. There are separate options in the 'Tools' section of the PokerStars client for requesting hand histories (Get Hand History) and tournament summaries (Get Tournament History) and if you request both of those that will give you the information that PokerTracker 4 needs in the same format as if you had actually played those tournaments on your computer. If you are having an issue updating existing tournaments in PokerTracker 4 with an audit file then please send us information detailing that problem to us in a Support Ticket along with the relevant files provided to you by PokerStars.
