I lost all my PT4 historcal

Hi,
I open my PT4 now and i discover that i have nothing on it. Every thing has disappeared. can you please help me or advise me how to find my tournamant history and HH of Pokerstars? I have a Mac and it’s the onls room that was running on it. i have more than 5000 hands.

If you haven't changed or reinstalled things which would be the only ways you could lose data then make sure that you have the correct player selected and that you do not have any filters or tags set that would prevent your data from appearing in PokerTracker 4 otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window where you are expecting to see something either here or privately in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on.
