PokerTracker

Hi there,

I have a problem with PokerTracker 4. It is not possible for me to open the application. I've tried everything but nothing seems to help.

I already have uninstalled PostgreSQL and reinstalled the new version of it. However, nothing changed I can still not use the PokerTrack.

Does anyone have an idea?

Do this with PokerTracker 4 closed down:

Open the Security & Privacy window in System Preferences.
Choose Accessibility on the left.
Click the lock in the bottom left to make changes, if required.
Select PokerTracker 4 and click the "-" (minus) below to remove the permission.

Then try starting PokerTracker 4 again. If that doesn't change anything please press/hold the 'Alt/Option' key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce the issue and then attach your log file to a Support Ticket:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

I had the same problem, I started PokerTracker 4 with the Option button which enabled logging. I opened the terminal and found that logs were saying something about connection problems.

I had VPN running, so I turned it off and Poker Tracker started working. This might help someone.

But checking the logs definitely helped.
