Repeated Performance Issues

I have recently noticed PT4 being slow to show statistics on the main screen and to calculate/render the popup stats of a player at a table. I have done a database Full Cache Rebuild a number of times and it works for a while and then the issue recurs.

The issue is even evident when filtered for today only and with a very small number of hands on that day. Timing wise, I can't help but wonder if it's related to a recent OS update.

Has anyone else encountered this on recent OS versions?

Hardware: Apple M1 Pro
OS: 13.4.1 (22F82)

I don't know if that's anything to do with an OS update but please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this problem and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your log files. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
