I was using my PokerTracker 4 normally and then this error showed up and I can't use my PT4 anymore. I already tried to reinstall Postgres but didn't work.
"Unable to log in to database (Postgres). Reason: SCRAM authentication requires libpq version 10 or above"
What should I do from here?

What version of PostgreSQL did you install? That error indicates a version of PostgreSQL is installed (v13+) that isn't supported by PokerTracker 4. The current recommended version is PostgreSQL v12.
