PT4 doesn't recognise my new pseudo

Hi all
I just changed my name at the table (for Winamax and Partypoker) but seems that PT4 doesn't recognise it.
I configured again the sites in order to find the right hand history files on my mac but no change. PT4 just can't find my new pseudo when I'm looking for it in the player list, and mu HUD doesn't appear on the tables.

If PokerTracker 4 isn't finding the new names that indicates that you haven't imported any hands for these players yet and if your HUD isn't working then that is also likely due to the fact that hands are not importing. So we can see what's going on here turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and play on a single table for a couple of minutes, take a screenshot of the table and then attach that along with your support bundle to a Support Ticket where we can check your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
