PokerTracker

Just upgraded to latest version. HUD very sluggish running on M1Pro Mac. Then got a popup from OS saying out of app memory. A quick look at activity monitor shows HUD using nearly 6GB of memory. Never looked before so maybe that's normal. Is this expected? Other people seeing the same thing on previous version and current version?

It gets worse:


Double clicking then shows this:

HUD eventually just crashes and disappears

So we can investigate that and follow up with you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the crash then grab your log file and attach it to a Support Ticket:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

Every time you close/restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so you should save/send that PokerTracker4.log file before restarting PokerTracker 4 again. In the meantime you can download the previous version of PokerTracker 4 from here.

No update yet. Will post here when I know more. Though I have now downgraded to the prior version which is working just fine

Just to add that I have the same issue with PokerTracker Hud consuming all application memory (starting at 4GB and progressing to 12GB application usage) on an M2 Macbook air.
