Zoom Hud Issue

Hey,

I just downloaded PT4 on my mac. The Zoom hud is not in the right place on stars. A few times I got it in the right place, but when I start up again later with the same settings it is wrong again. Strangely, I have checked the "everyone but hero" option and when it is incorrect, it ignores this too.

Any suggestions?

Are your hands importing correctly into PokerTracker 4? If hands are not importing correctly then that can cause problems with HUD positioning so please make sure everything is setup correctly with PokerStars to import your hands:

If you ever adjust the positions of the HUD you have to click the PT-icon and select 'Save Layout' so the new positions are remembered for future tables.

If hands are not importing correctly as mentioned above then it wouldn't be able to identify you as Hero so that option wouldn't work correctly. If things are setup correctly to import your hands then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this problem and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

Hands are importing correctly.

Of course I saved the layout. Now I can't get the hud to position correctly at all.

EDIT: I turned it on again and now they are in the right place. Something is wrong though with this version if it's inconsistent. I haven't made any changes since the last time I tried it.

In that case please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the problem and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
