HUD does not appear for PartyPoker and PokerStars

Hi everyone,
I just bought a license for PT4. I've set everything up correctly, in fact, in the software, I see all the tournament info I play. Both for PartyPoker and PokerStars. I'm playing with .it version (Italy)
However, the HUD doesn't appear for either of them.
My PC is a 2015 Mac Pro with macOS 12.7.4. What can I do?

Is your PokerStars software running in English?
PokerStars Configuration GuideThe PokerStars client needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English) otherwise the HUD may not be able to attach to your tournament tables. If everything is setup correctly then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described by playing on a table for a few hands and then attach your support bundle to a
Support Ticket along with a
screenshot of the table. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

Thanks for the feedback. About PokerStars, I've resolved the issue. Now the HUD is working correctly.
What about PartyPoker? Do I need to submit the ticket as suggested? A note, I don't have the possibility to change the language in English. I tried but there isn't the option

You will need to uninstall Partypoker and then reinstall it in English if offered the option. Please also note that in some regions the partypoker software no longer saves hand history files to your computer as you play, and in this case automated import and the HUD are not available:
