Get hands while playing is slow and PT4 crashes when I click stop getting hands

That sounds like it could be a database/configuration issue. If you don't have a large database you can try a full cache rebuild via 'Database -> Database Management -> Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild' otherwise please send us your log file. To do that turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the crash and then attach your log file to a Support Ticket where a technician can review it and advise you accordingly:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

One thing to note is that every time you close/restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so you'll want to save/send that PokerTracker4.log file before restarting PokerTracker 4 again.
