Hi again, as said I am using PT 4.07.2 for Mac now and there is an annoying bug that I found. The player stat keeps showing up when I move the cursor over the table (not over a player's stat box). Every time i stop the cursor over the table the tooltip shows up and shows the stats for the player on my right. The strange thing is that it keeps popping up even when i minimize the table or when the table is already closed or when the player is gone. As an example - I rollover the PT forum logo where the table previously was and the tooltip shows up. I can send screenshots. Thanks

Please enable logging via Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled, restart PT4 and reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you could also include the PokerTrackerHud4 file and those screenshots that would also be helpful.

have the same problem. but can't atttach file in tickets section, cause file size is bigger than 8MB. ticket 136813

You will be able to attach your log if you compress it first.
