I'm installing the trial version of PT4. While converting my PT3 database the setup assistant has got stuck I have the error message "PokerStars invalid pot size/winnings". Anyone know how to get it going again?

That just means that hand history had a specific error in it (the size of the pot did not equal the sum of the actions in the hand) - that shouldn't stop the Assistant from continuing.

If you're importing tournament data there can be a pause at the end while tournament summaries are imported and that can take a little while - so if so, give it a few minutes and it should get through the rest of your data.

It's been stuck for well over an hour now though. It seems there are two hands that are causing the issue. Under invalid pot size/winnings for hand number, it says raked pot $4000.00;total winnings $0.00 for each.

PT4 should not get stuck on a single hand. That said, if you'll send us the hand history file in question via our support system we'll take a look at it.

Eventually it sorted it. Took ages though. Thanks for your help kraada.
