Is PT4 for MAC capable of showing the true all-in EV if Pokerstars run it twice is on?

Yes, we take that into account. The only thing that we can't show if RIT is enabled is what the second board actually was - we don't have room to store that in the database - but the results and the luck adjusted calculations will be completely accurate.
