PT4 freezing and not getting hands

My PT4 Freezes and does not keep getting hands while im playing on pokerstars , the HUD also freezes and when i try to close PT4 i have to force close it because it stops working, does anyone as the same problem? or can you give me a solution ?

This is not a general problem that I'm aware of. If you're not running 4.08.1 though, please upgrade to that version first and try again. If you're running 4.08.1 and seeing these problems, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your log we can more accurately figure out what is causing this behavior for you and get it fixed and working properly.

I am experiencing the same bug and I'm using the latest version. I play on FTP. After a time of playing I cannot click "Stop getting hands" since its greyed out, and I cannot close the program because its still importing. When I force quits the program and restarts it, it is saying that there are a lot of hands to import, but all of them are duplicates and PT4 does not remove/move the hand histories after import.

Same problem here, since I updated to 4.08. Updating to 4.08.1 did not fix the problem.

Do you both have support tickets for these issues? If not, could you please create them? The more tickets with logs we get the easier it will be to get this fixed for you.

I sent a ticket yesterday, but my problem has nothing to do with Mac Os X, although I have exactly the same problem since the update.

I wanted to make sure everyone here is in our system - if you are, we will look into it in your log files and give you the appropriate answer. If it is a general problem with 4.08.1 then we will address it.

Definitely happening with the latest version and is happening exactlt as OP. Getting a lot of duplicates then manually import and clear the duplicates and soon enough the problem re-occurs.

Are you manually moving those files as well? Get Hands From Disk (aka manual import) doesn't move files on its own.

Had same problem after latest update.
Solved it by doing cluster -> reindex -> vacuum for my pt4 base.
Now it's working fine. Hope it helps
