Import While Playing Not Working

Hi All,

Having an issue with the 'Get Hands While Playing feature'. Was working fine upon install, however now I encounter one of two situations:

Situation 1 - There are tables open and running when I click 'Start Getting Hands While Playing'
Outcome - It imports all the hands I have played up until that point, then doesn't import anything further. If I click 'Stop getting hands while playing' it just freezes and I have to force close PT4.

Situation 2 - There are no tables open (or PStars isn't open) and I click 'Start Getting Hands While Playing'
Outcome - PT4 freezes and I have to force close.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling PT4, no luck. Will try again tomorrow though.

Whiterider, please note - I have uninstalled pgsql 9.2 and gone back to 9.0.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have it we'll be able to see where things are getting stuck and we will be able to better direct you from there.
