cant see my own stats in hud

this seems to be happening randomly, across different sites, where my hud will not display my own stats in the hud and just have it blank by my name. (the pop up is also blank.)

any idea why this is happening?

also, sometimes the hud appears but the popup is still completely blank.

Is that screenname aliased to another name? Some Hud options and situations can cause problems with secondary aliases (I expect this to be fixed in the next release).
If you open a Support Ticket and report your problem we should be able to see what is causing it so that you can avoid that setup until the fix is released (and get you a notification when it is).
