Incomplete tourney results

I had this problem with PT3, as well. Was hoping the upgrade to PT4 would fix it, but…

For some reason, PT4 only keeps the hand history from a tournament for the LAST table where I played, and not the entire tourney. If I cash, and have played at more than one table, the winnings are not reported. (This obviously makes for a very discouraging graph.) I checked out the configure screen for tournaments for Carbon (where I play) and couldn't figure what was set up wrong. Is this something to do with Carbon? Am I not getting tournament summaries or something? Anyone else have this problem?

The Merge network does not provide any summaries. We do the best we can but we won't be able to do much better until they start including this critical information for us in some way.

I had the same issue on merge with pt4 not posting a recent cash in mtt... not terribly worried about the hh but is there a way to manually import tourny results? Buyins and cashes for mtt?

As far as I'm aware, Merge has not started providing that information to us.
