Hi,
My stars/tilt have been stuttering and lagging a bit while playing with my PT4 running. Im not sure if its just my computer because it has been acting up a bit but it is smooth if just stars/tilt is running and stuttering when i open PT4.
please help, lmk if you need any info about my comp

also, i just updated PT4 so it should be latest version

How large is your database (it says in Database -> Database Management)?

That shouldn't be so large as to be causing problems. Please try running Housekeeping -> Rebuild Cache and let me know if you still have trouble afterwards. Note that this can take a while so be prepared for it to take up to an hour or two based on your database size.

Hi, I'm trying the trial version of pt4 for mac with pokerstars.it and I have the same problem: after about 1h ps stars to lag and is impossible to play. Need restart the osx to work well, but after 1h I have the same problem again. The database is new, first time that I run pt4.
Please help me I love this program, I want to buy it for 1 reason: I can play on mac and no more on win.

That definitely shouldn't be happening regularly. Are you on our latest version of PT4 (4.10.2)?

Hi same problem here, I am using the free trial v4.10.2 and everything runs smoothly but about 2 hours into my session everything will lag terribly and I have to restart my new Macbook to fix it. My database is 3833mb and I had 15 tables going. This has happened everyday since I started the trial 4 days ago.

I expect to see 4.10.4 out within the next day or two - please upgrade once it comes out and let me know if you experience troubles in that version.

It seems that now it works perfectly with the upgrade!!! Yeah
