Duplicate hands

Hi

At the beginning of every session Import status displays a lot of duplicate hands.
I noticed that not all the files in the hand history folder are moved to the PT4 Processed folder.

For example:
Last session I played 6 tables on PokerStars, not more than 3 at the same time.
After I closed the last 3 tables and stopped importing hands, I went to ~/Library/Application Support/PokerStars/HandHistory and the files for the last 3 tables were still there (as they are now, after a restart).
The next time I import hands while playing, PT4 will show the duplicates.

While I imagine that this hasn’t any bad side effect, I guess it’s not what’s supposed to happen.
All the HH files should be moved to the Processed folder after import, right?

Thanks for your help.
João

Hi again

That worked. It seems I’m not getting duplicates anymore.
I had already checked the link you mention but didn’t actually run the wizard again because the HH were always from the last session (and not some old file that got stuck in there).

I tested it on Stars, playing several tables and closing them before stopping the import process.
Now the hand history folder gets empty after import.

Thanks.

Still getting duplicate hands

Hi

I'm getting duplicate hands at the beginning of every session. I posted about this before in this thread:
https://www.pokertracker.com/forums/vie ... 64&t=51704

You can see in the thread that I thought the issue was fixed when I followed the moderator's instructions.
While I understand that this has no side effects — duplicates detection is very fast and the hands don't get imported — I guess this shouldn't be happening.
This is happening both with PokerStars and Full Tilt.

Should I make a ticket or do you think I can just ignore this issue?

[Latest version of PT4 running on Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.1]

Thanks in advance.
João

Sorry if the way I posted is confusing.
I intended to make a new thread with a link to the old one and not reply to it.
