View hands by tournament or sng?

Hi,

I normally multi table 8+ sng tables on pokerstars, I'd like to know if it's possible to see just all the hands from one particular sng (without the hands from the other sngs)?

Yes - go to Statistics > Summary > Group by Tournament for example. Alternatively you can use Results > Overview > Group by Tournament and double click on a tournament to drill down to see its hands.
