PokerTracker

Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr has the following problem:
- He gets the error message "PokerTracker has detected a large number of hand History files which must be imported."
- I helped him to change his directory which was wrong (see below); he closed PT4 and Stars and relaunched them, played some hands however PT4 still does not recognize the HH directory, even there are hands in and the error message still apprear.

What is the problem?

As long as Stars is set to save hands to that folder the error message in red can be ignored -- that is displayed when we can't autodetect the directory properly and it can be displayed when things are properly set. Are you certain he was getting hands while playing with the directory properly set and no hands were importing?

There were no hand imported and no HUD.

Have him restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we can see the logs we'll be in a better position to determine exactly what is wrong.

In PT4 click Configure -> Options and tick "Logging Enabled". Then restart PT4.

Then if you go into File -> Open User Data Folder you'll see it there. It'll be a type log file called PokerTracker4.

the files concerned with extenion I do not have them only via PT4 open configuration to use… but these files I cannot recover them for you to send them because those which I search on my computer without passing by this advance do not have extension. and when when I want to send them all the same to you, I put them and click submit but nothing occurs. that bug.
