PokerTracker

PT4 has been running great on my Mac (mavericks), never had an issue, but today i get this:

"PokerTracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product.
Please make sure that the PokerTracker application is allowed Full Internet access through any firewalls installed on your computer.
For more information on allowing PokerTracker Internet access through your firewall, please visit PT4: Anti-Virus, Firewall, and Security Software Configuration Guide"

I am not running any firewalls or antivirus.
I've also forgotten how hard this game is without PT.

I'm able to connect to the registration server OK but I'm trying to contact our site admin to check it as we have had a couple of other reports of this too.

If you are still having problems please follow the directions here and reply in that thread.

To use "ping" on a Mac run terminal instead of command prompt.

I believe that the problem is fixed now - please try again and let me know whether or not you can now run OK?
