Hi, PT4 does not work after downloading new software from pokerstars.eu. Can anyone tell how to solve this problem?

Do you have PokerStars set to save hand histories and play in English? Are the hands being imported?

yes all settings at pokerstars are correct. Hand histories are saved, I play in english, preffered seat is chosen too....as I try to set up the site configuration in "setup assistant" it's always same problem.. I choose pokerstars as my site I play on, i choose the directory of saved hands to import, in next step everything is correct too..then they find 750k duplicates, I try to start getting hands while playing and after some time PT4 closes immediately. when I reopen it and open "setup assistant again" pokerstars are no longer the site I play on...

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your log file we'll be in a better position to advise you how to get this fixed and working properly.
