good night!!

When i start the session and pulse “get hands while playing” the hud is loaded correctly in all tables but when i open another new table the HUD doesnt appear.
i have to pulse “stop getting” and another time “get hands…” finally the HUD appear but that is quite annoying.

Can someone help me? thanks in advance!!

The Hud won't appear on a new table until the first hand has been imported, and that won't happen until you have played your first hand - are you waiting for that?

yes, i always wait for a orbit before pulse the buttoms. i think the problem is that the tracker doesnt recognise the new tables because in "view active tables" only appear the "old tables".
I hope can solve my problem because my trial expire in 4 days and i´d like to continue with this tracker!

You should start Get Hands While Playing before you start playing for best performance. New tables should be recognized without restarting - if they are not please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is happening.

Does PT4 HUD also works on party tournament tables?
I'm playing an MTT there right now and cannot get the HUD working.
No problem on cash game tables or on other sites.
"View import status" shows that the hands are imported.
I tried "Hud" --> "Restart Hud" but that's not fixing it.

Yes, it should. The most common cause of that type of behaviour is having the site software installed in a language other than English. Please reinstall it in English for full functionality. If you still have the problem please read the Hud Troubleshooting Guide which has solutions to other common issues and a link to how to report your problem for further investigation if it doesn't help.
