While in a game/hand/tournament how can I open the hand history of villian showing hand selection played and betting patterns by villian.

I have notes on all the time but notes does not show all hands played by villian.

How can I see how villian plays against me vs. others?

Set that player to the active player in the sidebar and then use the Statistics -> Holdem hand Range Visualizer report; that should be the easiest way to see what you are looking for.
