PT4 doesnt import new files?

Guys, after enabling memory grabber I am getting this message: (see attachment)

tried both setup assistant, and manual import from disk, tried switching off memory grabber, nothing helps. Any suggestions?

Go through Tools -> Setup Assistant -> Setup Sites and just click next through all of it and those files will be processed at the end.

yes, i tried that several times. Just did it again, and here is the message that I receive when I click get hands while playing.

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4 reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
